Dean is quiet for a while and it's several minutes after Sam has vanished around the corner before Dean growls and starts the car up again, tearing down the road with more speed than is safe. He's quiet while he drives, glowering at the road ahead of him as if it's offended him somehow. When they stop for lunch, he even eats his burger with the kind of single-minded aggression he usually reserves for things like werewolves.
